Tell me briefly, what is it?
CRHP is a weekend renewal program for large parishes, like St. Thomas More, to bring members of the parish closer together in Christ. It is a spiritual renewal which calls together the members of St. Thomas More Parish in order to experience personal conversion and Christian community in the environment of your own parish.

CRHP Spring Retreats
Christ Renews His Parish (CRHP), a weekend retreat centered around witnessing by team members, group discussions, small group interactions, prayer, fellowship and growing your relationship in Christ, is returning in the spring. Plan now to attend this very popular retreat. Men’s Weekend: April 21-22. Women’s Weekend: May 5-6.
For more information: Tom or Gigi Kaiser 303-990-2471 or STMCRHPretreat@gmail.com. Registration form and brochure are attached.
What it is not:
It is not a silent retreat.
It is not a parish organization.
It is not a public confession.
It is not a parish clique.
What happens during the weekend?
The weekend consists of a number of talks by fellow parishioners in which they share stories about their faith journey and the growth of their relationship with Jesus Christ. Each talk is followed by group discussion, in which all participants are welcome to share as much, or as little as makes them comfortable. In addition, opportunities for Scripture sharing, Reconciliation and Eucharist are provided during the weekend.
Who conducts the “weekend?”
A team of parishioners, lay people just like you that have attended previous weekends conduct the CHRP weekend.
Who may participate?
Every member of St. Thomas More Parish is invited.
Men and women participate on different weekends. Registration is limited to thirty people. You must be at least 18 years old to attend.
How long will it last?
The weekend runs from 8:00 a.m. on Saturday to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday.
What about Sunday Mass?
There will be a special celebration of the Eucharist for those attending.
I don’t like to get up and talk in front of people. Will I be required to?
No one is required to get up and speak. You may share in conversation as much or as little as you choose.
What about “witnessing?”
Witness talks are given by team members, NOT by participants.
